Election Coverage on Edge

As part of our commitment to providing informative coverage of youth affairs, Edge was the only station to interview all parties and independent candidates in both Denison and Franklin. These interviews were put to air on the Friday before the election as the "Edge Radio Election Special". Edge volunteer journalist Simon Brown asked each candidate the same eight questions, questions chosen specifically to highlight issues that are of concern to our audience. You can listen to the answers as they were broadcast by clicking on the links below, or read summaries of the answers, arranged by candidate here.

Rene Hidding (Liberal) ---- Peg Putt (Greens) ---- Paul Lennon (Labor)

You can also listen to Simon Brown's interview with Paul Lennon, recorded 31/03/06 and broadcast on Next Week, Edge Radio's state political affairs show, Fridays at 11am.
