Best- known for his roles as George McFly in Back to the Future and the Thin Man in the Charlie's Angels films, Crispin is much more than the eccentric actor – he's also a filmmaker, writer, artist and musician.

20/09/2008 @ Submissions now being accepted - Until Sept 19th: Edge Radio Now Taking Falls Festival Tasmanian Submissions

The Falls Festival have teamed with the finger-on-the-pulse folks of Edge Radio to coordinate the Tasmanian submissions for this year's festival.
The Falls Festival are currently calling for submissions from Tasmanian based acts for their chance to be included in this year’s exciting line-up. To be part of the selection process, go to www.edgeradio.org.au/community.htm to download a submission form
Send the completed form, along with your bio and most recently recorded material by Sept 19th to Edge Radio, The Falls Festival Tasmanian Selections, Private Bag 44, Hobart 7001.
From the submissions received, a shortlist of performers will be invited to be part of a live event on the 8th of October at Irish Murphy’s in Launceston and 9th of October at The Republic Bar & Cafe in Hobart.
Acts will then be selected from these showcase events to perform at The Falls Festival’s spectacular Marion Bay home.

13/11/2006 @ 1pm - 3pm: Radio Africa Launch

Venue: University of Tasmania Campus
Tasmanian Health Minister Lara Giddings this week officially launched Radio Africa, a new program dedicated to issues and musical rhythms from the African continent and the experiences of Africans now living in Tasmania.
The Minister, admitting she was a fan, launched Radio Africa with some insightful words and an elegant display of cake cutting. Not to be upstaged, presenters James and Bernard re-created scenes from their on-air show that had the audience in stitches.
Also sharing insights about the program and its evolution were Edge Radio's own Mel Page and co-developer of the program, Deborah Siddall from the Link Youth Health Service.
