NOTICE: The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at WLF Accounting on 4 March 2020, 6-8pm. A new Committee is formed annually and financial members are welcome to nominate. An online nomination form will become available prior to the meeting or email com@edgeradio.org.au to nominate someone else. Paper forms will be available on the night for accessibility purposes.
Why should you attend an AGM? As a financial member of the station, this is your opportunity to get involved and have a say in how the station operates and elect the Committee that serves you.
The Committee of Management (COM) known as Tasmanian Youth Broadcasters Inc. are the governing body of Edge Radio 99.3FM. The COM is an incorporated association as outlined by the Tasmanian Government and falls under the Associations Incorporation Act 1964.

- Ensuring the station’s finances are sound and that no mismanagement has occurred;
- Ensuring the station is run legally and responsibly;
- Overseeing the long-term development of the station;
- Representing the station to the rest of the community;
- Employing staff and overseeing their employment conditions and performance.
