PODCAST TRAINING
Ever wanted to make a podcast? Become a podcaster? This course will give you practical advice and skills training for you to take your podcast from ideas to reality. Today, podcasting is more relevant than ever with global superstars like This American Life, Radiolab, Serial and S-Town attracting millions of listeners world-wide.
The course comprises of six two hour sessions and is run over three weeks with two sessions a week .
The course is designed to introduce you to the world of podcasts. You will learn about the underlying concepts and laws people in the media must follow and have an opportunity to have hands on time with equipment, software and hardware needed to record, edit and upload your podcast!
This course is also open to those who wish to learn about being a podcaster but don’t necessarily want to upload their work. This training is suitable for beginners and intermediate presenters.

Cost
$150 in total or $100 for concession card holders, which includes studio access card (if you end up doing a program) and Tasmanian Youth Broadcasters membership.
Registration

Unless an arrangement has been made prior, you must be paid in full prior to the first session commencing.
