About Scratching the surface
It’s Saturday! Along with footy, DIY is a Saturday favourite. Everybody loves some do-it-yourself goodness – creativity, making the best with what you have, and making some noise. And what better accompaniment to that than a little noise from bands with the same ethos toward their creative pursuits. That’s exactly what I will be exploring in this program. Psychedelia, punk, post-rock – well post-everything really. I will look to the roots of these movements, also enjoying where the musical journey has taken us. Join me as we explore these together!
