“So folks… after ten years of lies and gaslighting we (me and Margot Shopping) finally can release our debut album entitled ‘self-titled’ (“Hownowmer”). It was recorded at Audrey Studios some time in 2016 by the gracious genteel Craig Pilkington – and then things went downhill very quickly. I swear the ensuing legal stoush has made me go grey prematurely.
“Music” is not worth “this” – but here we are. 2026 – it’s all water under the fridge, apparently. We had a band called Hownowmer and for a while it seemed like anything was possible – toured Australia and the world, played some big festivals, made (in my opinon) a bit of a splash – then it went to shit – sad and familar – don’t want to get to into it…
Anyway, without any further aga doo here is Hownowmer by Hownowmer – recorded and mixed by Craig; mastered by Caesar at The End Of The World. It’s raw AF and vulnerable and after ten years of tears I am maybe starting to see some VALUE in it – a cry for help? You decide…
Pressed on violent Skyline vinyl overseas, sounds huge, available from bandcamp or at select record stores in Melbourne – maybe ask Harley if you see him if he KNOWS where all the stock is. Order a record from the bandcamp and WE CAN ONLY ASSUME he will send you one END RANT
